  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
  • Personalized Items: Customized or personalized sneakers cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Exchanges

  • Similar to returns, exchanged items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange promptly, subject to product availability.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process:
